In this app there isnt the remote control... Its perfect way to use the iPhone with the Pc or Mac and to have support. Fix it and quick support become fantastic!!

It does not do what to Teamviewer does it does not control the device like a computer or a server.

Teamviewer is the best out there and now they finally have MDS

Thank you so much for this app! Now I can troubleshoot my dad and sisters mobile devices without pulling my hair out over the phone. You guys are cutting edge in remote access!

I have TeamViewer 7 for Mac, yet it cant connect. Tried the web console didnt work. Tried the iPad full version of TeamViewer, cant connect. What does this work with? Need some clear expectations before others waste their time trying configurations that this app does not support. We have full licenses for TeamViewer 7. In order to use this does this require an update to TeamViewer 8? While it is a neat concept, it needs more for someone to pay that upgrade IMO.

I attempted to help my dad with his new iPhone and this couldnt have more of a disappointment. Im extremely tech savvy, but this still requires the person who needs the support to do all the work. The only help I can be is to pull out my iPhone and call and direct him through it and every once in a while request a screenshot. Which will then be sent back to me. I realize there are a lot of patient people out there. But my dad isnt one of them. This didnt help. He still gets aggravated which inevitably causes me to lose my cool and we inevitably just argue. I can do that without this app. Lol Please allow us to remotely control the phone similar to the remote computer support on mac and pc. Without that, I feel this app is useless.

Its not real time remote control session. It can help you add wireless connections or email profiles but that is about it.

My family have iPhones and call me for help. Thought this app might be the solution but it is not a remote control tool. You can view iOS details and diagnostic information such as memory usage but thats about it. Dont waste your time (Im sure Apples policy is at fault here, not Teamviewer).

I assume you use team viewer to view this but even though both are latest versions when I try to connect it says the quick support is newer than your team viewer or just gives connection error. Team viewer app is solid and works great. I need to view ios devices and it should either use itself to view other users or simply fix team viewer. There are no instructions. Trying to help someone that knows little took me over 30 mins just to get them to download the app and then tell me the code since they couldnt figure how to send me it haha. Just make it easier.

Good for viewing your iDevice specs. Not compatible with teamviewer apps from any market. Added an email for customer. Neither I nor the customer could ever remove that account.

iPhone/iPad version of this is really useless without having remote screen sharing... there isnt much one can do without it.

You get team viewer to remotely control devices. You cannot remotely control an iPhone with team viewer yet. Thus this app is a digital paperweight.

This app is useless. I connect to the iPad and I only get a blue chat screen. No remote ok access at all and I cant help friends if I cant see the ipad on my pc

People in other reviews are complaining that there is no screen sharing, but this is not team viewers fault it is apples. Apple doesnt allow that. This app gets around Apples limitations by allowing screenshot sharing to get close to true screen sharing.

They promise on their website "remote control". Not even close to. Fail.

Without screen sharing, which may or may not be because of Apple, What’s the point of this App? And to charge an additions $450 on top of my $750 license is absurd.

It didnt have what I expected. I wanted to control my IOS device from my Windows 10 Computer, but it doesnt allow that. But I still give it a five-star rating!
