Does not work

I assume you use team viewer to view this but even though both are latest versions when I try to connect it says the quick support is newer than your team viewer or just gives connection error. Team viewer app is solid and works great. I need to view ios devices and it should either use itself to view other users or simply fix team viewer. There are no instructions. Trying to help someone that knows little took me over 30 mins just to get them to download the app and then tell me the code since they couldnt figure how to send me it haha. Just make it easier.
